(MORE) New Toys

In getting a new kitten for the first time in 6 years I have to admit, I've gone a little crazy with cat toys. Oliver pretty much has everything. Bosco has bursts of playful kitteness himself, but mostly just pretends not to be interested in Ollie's silly games.

Recently I bought them both a Nina Ottoson cat/dog tornado. Nina's interactive treat toys are fantastic to really get the mind working and chime in on their instincts and love of hunting for food. Check out the tornado here. It's popular with both cats, I leave it out while I'm at work and come home to an empty tornado so it serves it's purpose well!

They also have many other treat toys like balls and plastic bottles with holes cut out - my priority is keeping them entertained while I'm not home.

Last week I bought them a Cat It Senses Play Circuit and Oliver loves it! As you can see from the photo below, Bosco pretends not to care (while going and playing with it while no one is looking).

Again, they have the similar, smaller, circular version of this but I really liked the Play Circuit because they have to run up and down the circuit to chase the ball inside. Fun!

The circuit is put together with 4 pieces that click together so you can also add more attachments to make it longer and change the shape of it.

Some people might say I spoil my cats, and yes that may be true, however I've always been a strong believer that if you can't afford a pet or be committed to it's every need then you shouldn't have one (or more). I always get so upset when I hear of animal cruelty cases because no one forces people to own animals. It's a choice. And one that shouldn't be taken lightly. LOVE YOUR PETS!
