Big Cat Research in Namibia - Update
Thought it was time for an update on our big cat work in Namibia - something that is so close to my heart and that I'm extremely proud of! Firstly, below is an update on our leopard, who I had the pleasure of naming after one of my cats, Ollie.
Next, some more awesome news. At the beginning of June we found out that funds raised by us had gone towards another collar, this time for a cheetah! I absolutely LOVE cheetahs, for me they really epitomise all that is Namibia, and I had some amazing experiences with them while there in 2012 (too long ago now!). So we're very excited to now be supporting a wild cheetah as well.
As always, a huge thank you to everyone who supports us, for we would not be able to carry out this work without you. If you haven't already, please consider joining the Feline Team and becoming a member, we currently have a membership drive on where you can win a photographic print of a stunning leopard by renowned photographer Ben McRae. You can also visit our shop and events pages for other ways to support. Thanks guys, on behalf of cats all over the world, big and small.
